It will also cost less, as it costs $5 to get to Lindenwold from AC and $5 again to go to Philly. Transferring to the PATCO high speed line, in lindenwold, and taking it to 8th and market where you transfer to the Market franfort line will save you about an hour. If you look at a map, going to 30th street loops you around into Sugar house. If you are going to AMtrak, it is fine, but if you are going to downtown Philly, it is not fine. The AC line of the NJ transit goes All the way up to the betsy ross bridge, and then down from North Philly to the 30th street station, where you get the market line. Take that to 8th and market, and then get on the Market frankford line.
Do not take the NJ transit AC line to 30th street for the the Sugar house.
